-How do I log into the website?

Go to the home page > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > See 'Member Only Login' on far right > Enter your user name and password > You will be taken to your user profile.  If no changes are needed, please leave the page by clicking on the home menu above.  If you would like to make changes to your account, you may do so on the user profile page.

If you receive the following message 'Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet', your membership has expired.  Please contact the webmaster at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

-I can't remember my user name, how do I get this information?

Go to the home page > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > See 'Member Only Login' on far right > Click on 'Forgot your user name' > Enter your email address > Type captcha in text box > You will be sent an email containing your username.

If you receive an email stating 'Reminder Failed: User not found' this is an indication that your email address is not in the system and you should contact the webmaster at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

-I can't remember my password, how do I get this information?

Go to the home page > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > See 'Member Only Login' on far right > Click on 'Forgot your password' > Enter your email address > Type captcha in text box > You will be sent an email that allows you to reset your password, you will need your user name for all password resets.

If you receive an email stating 'Reset password failed: Empty solution not allowed' this is an indication that your email address is not in the system and you should contact the webmaster

-My membership is expiring soon, How do I renew my membership?

Go to membership > Go to 'Member Only Login' on the far right > enter username and password > On the User Profile page, click on 'My Subscriptions' > Check 'Renew subscription plan' > Click on 'Process Renew' > Complete all fields with a red astrick > Check 'I accept Terms and Conditions' > Enter security code/captcha, refresh if needed > click 'process subscription' > You will be taken to paypal to make your payment.

-My membership has expired, How do I renew my membership?

Go to membership > Click on the subscription category you are interested in > Click on the subscription plan you would like to sign up for > DO NOT fill in the fields for an existing user > Populate the fields for New User > Complete all fields with a red astrick > Check 'I accept Terms and Conditions' > Enter security code/captcha, refresh if needed > click 'process subscription' > You will be taken to paypal to make your payment.

-I am not receiving the monthly eblast, how do I get on the mailing list?

Text the words 'southernsnow' to 22828 > when prompted, enter your email address

-How do I receive my member discount when registering for events?

You must log into the website first and then register for the event

-How do I access the members only section on the website?

You must log into the website first and then you will be able to access the members only section of the website
